Refund and Returns Policy
This policy governs appointments, consultations, and services offered by Verma Gentle Cure.
🔷 1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance
Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for refund
🔷 2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees (online/offline) are generally non-refundable
Rescheduling may be allowed at the clinic’s discretion
🔷 3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment

Technical/payment gateway error
Cancellation approved by clinic due to unavoidable circumstances
🔷 4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund shall be provided for:
Completed consultations
Dissatisfaction due to expected time taken in treatment
Failure to follow prescribed treatment
🔷 5. Processing of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be issued via the original payment method
🔷 6. Medicine Orders (If Applicable)
Medicines once dispensed are non-returnable and non-refundable
Exceptions only in case of wrong delivery or damage
